Lisa Reynolds

Lisa is our Founder and Managing Director.  She is a positive psychology advocate and an experienced recruiter, coach and expert strengths practitioner. An ILM certified professional coach, NLP Practioner, Strengthscope Practitioner and a qualified psychometric assessor, Lisa is also trained in the therapeutic areas of Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Lisa delivers a range of senior recruitment assignments, strengths assessment projects and  individual and team coaching  for a range of clients from SME’s to FTSE 100 organisations. She loves helping individuals and organisations to thrive and play to their strengths and combines a strong commercial background with real passion and commitment for building strong relationships and delivering results.

In her spare time, Lisa likes to spend time with family and friends and keeping fit and healthy. She also enjoys a wide range of music and theatre.

Sally Curson

Sally is an experienced Learning & Development and HR specialist with experience of enabling change at organisation, team and individual levels.  Sally delivers across all of our service offerings from recruitment & selection to assessment, coaching and development.  She has recruited at all levels, in multiple sectors and she has particular experience in HR. She is also a qualified psychometric assessor, a professionally qualified coach and facilitator and has extensive experience of developing and delivering management and leadership programmes.

Sally is married with a young family and she is currently in the second year of a two-year Masters in Psychology at Coventry University.

Emma Horn

Emma is Head of Operations. She oversees and manages all operational and administrative aspects of assignments and projects. Emma has worked in business support and development within the training and consultancy sector for several years and is passionate about providing high quality and personable support in every aspect of her role. On a day-to-day basis Emma ensures that all client projects are on schedule, leading the delivery and project support team to help deliver excellent service.

Outside of work Emma enjoys riding her horse or race running with her partner and their Jack Russell.

Allison Whitelaw

Allison is an Executive Assistant. She has a wealth of business experience including office management and the execution of core-support business functions as a former Business Economics and Marketing graduate. Allison is the professional and friendly interface between many of our client organisations and candidates. She also supports the management team on a day to day basis.

When not at work, Allison can often be found at the side of a rugby pitch cheering on her two boys or spending time in the countryside with her family and springer ‘Kai’.

Kerry Hopkins

Kerry is an Executive Assistant.  Since graduating with a degree in Marketing and Management, Kerry has worked in a number of roles which have been both within an agency environment or in house. Having worked with both small and large organisations she has developed experience across a range of areas of business from administration to bookkeeping and is passionate about delivering a high quality and professional service to her stakeholders. Kerry provides support to clients and candidates on a range of projects and also invaluable day to day support to our MD.

Outside of work Kerry enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family and friends.

Joanne Watson

Jo is a Recruitment Specialist.  She is an expert IT and Technology recruiter who has worked with a range of organisations in a wide variety of industries since she graduated with a business degree in 1993. She recruits at all levels up to senior management and director level.

Jo contributes her success to her dedication in consistently taking the time to understand both the technical and cultural needs of a hiring manager and a candidate. By presenting both sides of the story Jo guarantees to find the right people for the right jobs ensuring longevity and a positive experience all round.

Outside of work, Jo likes to spend time with family and friends and can often be found jumping out of a plane or engaged in some type of extreme sport or motor racing!

Charlie Curson

Charlie is a Performance Coach. He works with organisations, teams and individuals to identify, define and achieve their growth ambitions. He has worked as a business consultant throughout his career advising blue-chip clients across many sectors. Charlie particularly enjoys bringing fresh perspectives and insights across traditional sector boundaries. His expertise includes high performance coaching – for teams and individuals; facilitation and innovative workshop design, including insight and ideas generation; visioning, strategy development and planning; and designing and delivering customer-centric innovation and radical new experiences.

Outside of work Charlie enjoys playing football and tennis and spending time with his young family.

Paul Mehra

Paul is a Learning & Development specialist with over 30 years’ experience in both national and international organisations.  He delivers a range of projects across talent development, recruitment and developmental assessment, coaching and mentoring.  Paul is a qualified Strengthscope Practitioner and strengths development expert.

In his spare time, Paul loves to travel and to meet and work with people from different backgrounds and cultures – as well as finding time for medieval history, cooking, and enjoying his ever expanding vinyl music collection!

Jacqueline Guthrie

Jacqueline is a Recruitment Project Consultant.  She has a background in HR and has worked in both support and senior management roles in a range of organisations from start-ups, SME’s to global institutions such as KPMG. Jacqueline has a passion for people, building strong relationships and ‘getting things done’. She understands the importance of attention to detail, but can also look at the bigger picture and think strategically and creatively.

In her spare time, Jacqueline loves to travel – especially in Greece and New Zealand. Other passions are Mediterranean cooking, great wine, live music, Pilates and yoga, and spending time with good friends.

Clare Williams

Clare is a HR and marketing specialist.  She supports our HR recruitment activity and is also our marketing and social media strategy expert, helping us to design and deliver social media led recruitment campaigns for clients. Clare is a specialist in her field, highly commercial and has a real passion for keeping on top of social media trends and developments.

Outside of work, Clare is kept on her toes by her young daughter but also loves to travel (especially where there’s an art gallery involved), exercise to music and read Scandi Noir fiction.
